Risk Vulnerability Assessment

Private Residence and or Property

This is an in-depth exterior and interior analysis exposing vulnerabilities of your home or property. We provide resources for landscaping, recommended surveillance systems, lighting, gates, fencing, and much more. We will be there every step of the way until the project has been completed.

Business, School or Religious Affiliation

We also conduct vulnerability assessments to businesses, private schools, and religious affiliations. Through our assessments, we provide concepts and recommendations to help curtail potential threats and have the resources in place to make your location a safer environment.

We take into consideration policy and procedures, liabilities, insurance, and the priorities of your business needs.

So What is a Vulnerability Assessment?

As law enforcement officers (particularly Tactical Operators), “site surveys” were conducted to identify vulnerabilities in and around the suspect’s residence. Once we located the vulnerabilities, we developed plan(s) to safely apprehend the suspect(s) taking into consideration friends and/or family who might be with them, as well as the safety of the community surrounding the operation.

Our goal is to identify potential vulnerabilities and advise on a plan to increase your protection and lessen the vulnerabilities deterring criminals from targeting your home, business, school, places of worship, etc.

Why Do I Need a Vulnerability Assessment?

Daily on the national and local news, there have been a huge increase in violent criminal actions to include “smash and grabs”, church shootings, school shootings, residential burglaries, homicides, attempted homicides, home invasions, stalking, carjacking, violent family and/or neighbor disputes. The list goes on. As prior law enforcement officers, we have responded to calls listed above and much more.

With the shortage of police officers and sheriff deputies, their response to your 911 call could potentially take them 3 minutes to 8 minutes (maybe longer) depending on where you live and the accuracy of information you give the dispatcher. In some cases, only one officer or deputy may be responding at a time. Most of the time, the crisis is over when officers and/or deputies arrive and now you’re faced with a chaotic aftermath. Our goal is to advise on how to deter, deny, distract, delay and defend through planning and scenario-based training.

What Else Do I Learn from Vulnerability Assessment and Scenario-based Activities?

Throughout our careers, we have gone through scenario-based training to mimic the real incidents we may encounter responding to calls. These scenario-based trainings not only create a mindset to think, react, and survive when the actual incident may occur, but also creates a plan for future incidents. This includes strategies and ability to respond appropriately to any adverse critical incidents.

The scenarios we provide can be in the comfort of YOUR FACILITY, HOME, or in our facility we hope to create a safer environment and peace of mind. The training will equip everyone with techniques and mental preparedness to protect yourself, loved ones, customers, attendees, coworkers, and your property effectively.

Scenario Based Training

Along with the vulnerability assessment, we continue the concepts of survival with scenarios whether you are a gun owner or not a gun owner. We provide live actors for role playing and have you or your team react to the scenario.

If you are a gun owner, this is done with laser guided targeting system. If you’re not a gun owner, we have other methods for defending your family.
